Gift Cards (and what you need to know)

So you want to purchase a Gift Card? There are just a few things you should know before doing so.

This Gift Card is valid only with Casey Konstantynowicz, Gay Hair Day, at any location.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

In the event of a dissatisfied client, the value of the service paid for by a Gift Card will not be refunded. If any of the service has been paid outside of the value of the Gift Card, that amount can be refunded, and will follow my standard Refund Policies.

The Gift Card values currently listed are set to reflect my current service prices, with about an additional 20% tip included. You can change the Gift Card value prior to purchase.

At the time of redemption, the redeemer will be asked if they want to apply some or all of the value of the Gift Card. If the value they redeem is more than the full service price, it will be considered gratuity. If the value redeemed meets or exceeds the service price, the redeemer will not be asked about adding gratuity. To leave additional gratuity after the service is completed, please reach out to me directly :)

If the amount on the Gift Card is less than the value of the service, the remaining value must be paid in person and before the receiver leaves. Any Service value not paid in person may be subject to a $10 charge due.

All that is to say, please coordinate with the gift receiver to ensure the value of the Gift Card accurately reflect the service being provided.
